Hesai Sets 23 July 2026 Record Date for Second Extraordinary General Meeting

Hesai Group has scheduled its 2026 second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for Friday, 28 August 2026, Hong Kong time, and fixed Thursday, 23 July 2026 as the share record date for determining voting eligibility.

Shareholders of Class A and Class B ordinary shares recorded on 23 July 2026 (Hong Kong time) will be entitled to attend and vote at the EGM or any adjournment.

Key procedural details: • Investors holding shares on the Cayman Islands register must submit completed transfer documents and share certificates to Maples Fund Services (Cayman) Limited by 4:30 p.m., Cayman Islands time, on Wednesday, 22 July 2026. • Investors on the Hong Kong register must lodge the same documents with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m., Hong Kong time, on Thursday, 23 July 2026.

For American Depositary Share (ADS) holders, the ADS record date is also set for 23 July 2026 (New York time). ADS holders must provide voting instructions to Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas. Any ADS cancelled on 23 July 2026 will render the holder ineligible to vote either as an ADS holder or as a direct holder of underlying Class B shares at the EGM.

The meeting notice and detailed agenda will be circulated in a forthcoming shareholder circular. Dr. Yifan Li, Chairman and CEO, signed the announcement on 8 July 2026 on behalf of the board.
