Medium- and long-term climate targets • By 2030: cut Scope 1+2 carbon-intensity >20% versus 2024 baseline. • By 2035: achieve carbon neutrality for Scopes 1+2, five years ahead of China’s national 2060 goal. • By 2055: drive net-zero across own operations and key suppliers.

Operational milestones • Hydrogen business partnered with 34 OEMs; fuel-cell systems deployed in 30+ cities and exported to Australia. • Launched first commercial PEM water-electrolysis system and 260 kW liquid-hydrogen fuel-cell system. • Eight active government or ministerial research projects; cumulative 1,327 intellectual-property rights, including 390 invention patents.

Corporate governance and ethics • Three-tier ESG governance structure overseen by an eight-member board (37.5 % female). • Zero incidents of corruption, data-privacy breaches or regulatory penalties in 2025. • 100 % employee coverage for integrity training and safety training; occupational-health exam coverage also at 100 %.

Supply-chain and workforce • 128 key suppliers, all screened against environmental and social criteria; five underperforming vendors removed. • Workforce trimmed to 482 employees after efficiency drive; women account for 25.10 % of total staff and 37.50 % of directors. • Training delivered 2,667 attendances, averaging 3.54 hours per employee.

Community and social impact • Donations of educational materials to rural schools in Zhangjiakou; science-outreach base hosted 300+ visitors. • First production of hydrogen fuel-cell engines at Guangxi Baise plant, supporting regional green-industry development.

Risk and compliance • “Four-line” internal-control framework covers operational, functional, audit and external-assurance layers. • Comprehensive scenario analysis shows climate risks will not materially affect next-year financials; major hazards rectification rate at 100 %.
