On March 20, the Administrative Penalty Decision Notice published by the People's Bank of China Hengshui Branch revealed that Hebei Shenzhou Rural Commercial Bank was fined 451,000 yuan. The penalties were imposed due to violations of relevant management regulations concerning the collection, provision, and inquiry of credit information, as well as failure to fulfill customer identity verification obligations as required.
