QingSong Health appoints veteran investor You Mucong, 48, as Chief Financial Officer effective 18 May 2026

QingSong Health Corporation announced the appointment of Mr. You Mucong as Chief Financial Officer, effective 18 May 2026. The position had been vacant since the previous CFO resigned on 17 April 2026.

Mr. You brings more than a decade of cross-border investment and financial management experience. Between March 2013 and December 2020, he served as managing partner at Yuantai Investment Evergreen Fund, overseeing portfolio management and exit strategies in healthcare and consumer sectors. Since January 2021, he has been the founding partner of J&R Capital, where he established Select Health Limited and led capital strategy, financial control and M&A execution. Earlier in his career, Mr. You worked in Credit Suisse’s investment banking division, advising on equity and debt transactions.

The Board highlighted that Mr. You’s background in international investment banking, private equity, and corporate restructuring is expected to reinforce QingSong Health’s financial governance, capital planning and industrial collaboration, supporting the group’s AI-driven health businesses.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises one executive director, three non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, chaired by Ms. Yang Yin, who also serves as Chief Executive Officer.
