Hao Bai International (08431) has announced changes to its board of directors, effective April 24, 2026. Ms. Wang Zhixian has been appointed as an executive director of the company. Mr. Yao Zhiwei has resigned from his positions as independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee. Additionally, Mr. Dong Yicheng has been appointed as independent non-executive director and will serve as chairman of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
