Dingdang Health Buys Back 241,500 Shares, Treasury Stock Climbs to 4.77 Million

Dingdang Health Technology Group Limited disclosed on 21 September 2026 that it repurchased 241,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buyback was executed at prices ranging from HKD 0.795 to HKD 0.84 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of HKD 0.818, for a total consideration of approximately HKD 0.20 million.

The repurchased amount equals 0.019542 % of the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of 18 September 2026. All shares acquired have been retained as treasury stock.

After the transaction, Dingdang Health’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) fell from 1,235.78 million to 1,235.54 million, while treasury shares increased from 4.53 million to 4.77 million. The total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 1,240.31 million.

The repurchase falls under the mandate approved on 23 June 2026, which authorizes buybacks of up to 124.32 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 7.63 million shares, representing 0.61 % of the issued share base on the approval date. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals is in effect until 21 October 2026.

The board affirmed that the transaction complies with all applicable Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and relevant regulatory requirements.
