GON Technology Schedules 2025 AGM for 9 June 2026; Board Elections, Profit Distribution, and Dual Mandates on Agenda

Qingdao Gon Technology Co., Ltd. (GON Technology) will convene its 2025 annual general meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 9 June 2026, in the company’s headquarters conference room at Gon Office Building, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, PRC.

Key ordinary resolutions: • Review of the 2025 Board Work Report and the full and summary versions of the 2025 annual report. • Re-appointment of the incumbent auditor for the 2026 financial year. • Approval of 2026 credit facility arrangements for the company and its subsidiaries. • Endorsement of the 2026 remuneration plan for directors and a new Remuneration Management System for directors and senior management. • Election of the sixth Board: three non-independent directors—Wang Aiguo, Li Zonghao, Han Bo—and three independent directors—Sun Jianqiang, Hong Ting, Huang Zhaoge.

Key special resolutions: • Profit distribution and capitalisation of capital reserve plan for 2025. • Reciprocal guarantee quotas between the company and subsidiaries for 2026. • Change of use and cancellation of previously repurchased A shares. • Amendments to the Articles of Association and Rules of Procedure for General Meetings. • General mandates authorising the Board to repurchase H shares and to issue additional shares.

Shareholder logistics: • The H-share register will be closed from Thursday, 4 June 2026 to Tuesday, 9 June 2026 (inclusive). Shareholders on record as of 9 June 2026 may attend and vote. • Transfer documents must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 3 June 2026. • Proxy forms for H-shareholders must be lodged no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, 8 June 2026.

The meeting is expected to conclude within half a working day; attendees will bear their own travel and accommodation costs.
