The domestic refined oil product price adjustment window will officially open at 24:00 today (August 28), according to information from the National Development and Reform Commission. Monitoring by the Commission's Price Monitoring Center indicates that international oil prices experienced volatile trading during the current adjustment cycle, which spanned from 24:00 on August 14 to 24:00 on August 28.
Starting from 24:00 on August 28, the retail price ceilings for domestic gasoline and diesel will increase by 375 yuan and 360 yuan per tonne, respectively. Based on national averages, the per-liter prices will rise by 0.29 yuan for 92-octane gasoline, 0.31 yuan for 95-octane gasoline, and 0.31 yuan for 0-degree diesel.
With this confirmed price hike, filling up a standard 50-litre tank of 92-octane gasoline for a private vehicle will cost approximately 14.5 yuan more per visit.
