This acquisition was by way of taking a security interest in the shares, not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in HTSC was 118.83 million shares, representing 6.91%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 122.49 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 7.12%.
