3 July 2026—Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited is progressing toward a proposed delisting, and the Executive of the Hong Kong Takeovers and Mergers Code has disclosed fresh share-dealing information under Rule 22.

On 2 July 2026, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC purchased 1.00 million shares of Continental Aerospace Tech through equity-swap–related hedging of Delta 1 products stemming from wholly unsolicited client-driven orders. The trade was executed at a fixed price of USD 0.4050 per share, amounting to a total consideration of USD 0.41 million.

J.P. Morgan Securities PLC is identified as a Class (5) associate connected with the offeror in the proposed take-private transaction. All dealings were carried out on the firm’s own account, and the entity is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
