TRANSPORT INT'L (00062) announced that on May 14, 2026, Dr. Leung Nai Pang retired from his position as Chairman of the company's Board of Directors. Concurrently, he also stepped down from his roles as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Kowloon Motor Bus (1933) Company Limited (KMB) and Long Win Bus Company Limited (Long Win). Ma Shou-xiang has been appointed as the Chairman of the company's Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, effective from the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting held on May 14, 2026.
