Shanghai Chicmax Cosmetic Co., Ltd. (CHICMAX) disclosed that it repurchased 165,100 H-shares on 7 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging between HKD 22.04 and HKD 22.50, resulting in an aggregate consideration of HKD 3.70 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 204.26 million to 204.09 million shares, representing a 0.08% reduction. Treasury shares rose to 2.43 million, while the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 206.52 million.
The buy-back was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 8 May 2026, which authorises CHICMAX to repurchase up to 20.64 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.43 million shares, equivalent to 1.18% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.
All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares; none have been cancelled. In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, CHICMAX is subject to a moratorium on issuing, selling or transferring any shares or treasury shares until 7 October 2026. The board confirms that the repurchase complied with all relevant regulatory requirements.
