A shareholder of the company deposited 69.7987 million shares into the newly established brokerage firm 新确证券.
In a separate announcement, CN Health Tech (01069) confirmed that on 26 August 2026, it allotted and issued 147 million new ordinary shares pursuant to a rights issue.
