China Electronics Huada Technology Company Limited (CE Huada Tech) has published its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, outlining governance upgrades, product breakthroughs, enhanced workforce initiatives and quantified environmental results for the year ended 31 December 2025. Key points follow:
Governance and Strategy • A board-led ESG structure was formalised, supported by an ESG Working Group chaired by the Managing Director. • Annual materiality analysis confirmed information security, product quality, supply-chain governance and climate action as top priorities. • First full climate-scenario analysis (IPCC SSP1-2.6 / SSP5-8.5 and NGFS Net-Zero / Current Policies) completed; short-, mid- and long-term risk-mitigation measures defined.
Product & Technology Highlights • Secure element (SE) portfolio advanced; CIU98_G50 became China’s first SE chip to pass GSMA eSA certification. • Product quality strengthened with ISO 26262 (ASIL-D) functional-safety certification and maintained ISO 27001 information-security certification. • 17 new patents, six software copyrights and seven integrated-circuit layout designs registered; staff received “Technical Contribution” and “Technical Innovation” awards.
Human Capital Development • Headcount rose to 495 (up 3.6% YoY); turnover rate 9%. • 91% of employees received training, averaging 30 hours each; grassroots staff accounted for 91% of participants. • No work-related fatalities; workplace injury cases fell to zero from one last year. • Employee benefits expanded with quarterly bonus scheme, safety training, health checks and multiple well-being events.
Compliance & Supply Chain • No corruption cases or litigation recorded; directors and staff completed targeted anti-corruption training. • 43 qualified suppliers (40 Mainland, three overseas) underwent annual ESG risk reviews; product-quality sessions delivered to key partners.
Environmental Performance & Targets • Electricity use: 3.47 GWh; gasoline: 10,265 litres. • Total GHG emissions: 2,231 tCO₂e, comprising Scope 1 24 t, Scope 2 1,844 t and inaugural Scope 3 363 t. • Water consumption: 9,161 m³; non-hazardous waste: 2 t; packaging materials: 4 t; zero waste toner cartridges after print-management optimisation. • 2030 intensity goals: hold energy and Scope 1+2 carbon per m² to within 10% above 2023 baseline.
Community Investment • Established RMB0.30 million Village Revitalisation Fund and procured RMB0.32 million of farm products via China Electronics’ consumption-support platform. • Donated 60 bedding sets to a Ulanqab secondary school and supplied ~150 refurbished computers to Chicheng County Disabled Talent Development Centre.
CE Huada Tech states it will keep enhancing data quality, explore internal carbon-pricing tools and align future disclosures with evolving global ESG standards.
