On August 28, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) released its supplementary materials requirements for overseas listing filings covering the period from August 24 to August 28, 2026. The CSRC's International Department issued these requirements to five companies in total, with Shenzhen Everwin Precision Technology Co.,Ltd. (300115.SZ) being asked to provide further clarification on the business operations of its overseas subsidiaries and other related matters.

According to a submission disclosed to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 11, Shenzhen Everwin Precision Technology Co.,Ltd. (300115.SZ) has filed an application for a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with China International Capital Corporation (CICC) acting as the sole sponsor. The CSRC has requested that the company provide additional explanations on the following matters, with legal counsel required to review and issue clear legal opinions:

Key areas of CSRC scrutiny

First, the company must detail the business scope of its overseas subsidiaries, specify the regulatory procedures undertaken for outbound investment and foreign exchange registration in establishing these entities, and provide a conclusive opinion on compliance. Second, the company is required to elaborate on the intended use of the proceeds raised, including whether they involve outbound investment and whether the necessary approvals, authorizations, or filing procedures have been completed. If all relevant procedures have not yet been fulfilled, the company must commit to repatriating the entire proceeds back to China.
