Nanfang Communication Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting have been uploaded to the company website (www.jsnfgroup.com) and to the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing the digital documents can obtain free printed copies by completing and returning the request form enclosed with the notification letter. The form should be sent to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email at 1617-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring to receive future corporate communications in electronic form are advised to provide their functional email addresses to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to ensure timely delivery of publication notices.
