Chow Sang Sang Releases 2025 Annual Report, AGM Materials and Sustainability Report

Chow Sang Sang Holdings International Limited announced that the following corporate documents are now available online: 1) Annual Report 2025; 2) Circular; 3) Notice of Annual General Meeting; 4) Form of Proxy; and 5) Sustainability Report 2025.

According to the 27 April 2026 notification, both English and Chinese versions have been uploaded to the company website (www.chowsangsang.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find the printed set enclosed with the notice. Shareholders who wish to: • receive future communications and all actionable documents electronically, or • continue to obtain printed copies,

must complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email the form to 116-ecom@vistra.com.

If no functional email address is provided, future notifications on the availability of corporate communications will be sent by post, and all actionable documents will continue to be dispatched in printed form until an email address is supplied.
