Hong Kong Stock Exchange Data Reveals Significant Custody Transfer for GENFLEET-B

According to the latest disclosure from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a notable change in share custody was recorded on September 3rd for GENFLEET-B (02595). The total market value of the shares held in custody reached HK$1.955 billion, representing 19.65% of the company's issued shares.

A shareholder of the company has deposited 43.7309 million shares into Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong), resulting in an increase of 12.44% in the shareholder's disclosed holding percentage. This custody movement typically indicates a transfer of physical share certificates into electronic form, often preceding trading or other corporate actions.

In a separate development, GENFLEET-B recently announced that its drug candidate, GFH375, has advanced into a Phase II clinical study for the first-line treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring the KRAS G12D mutation. The study will evaluate the drug in three different treatment regimens: as a monotherapy, in combination with an EGFR monoclonal antibody (cetuximab), and in combination with chemotherapy (pemetrexed).
