CHICMAX Sets FY2025 Final Dividend at RMB0.75 Per Share, Payment Slated for 23 June 2026

Shanghai Chicmax Cosmetic Co., Ltd. (CHICMAX) has released an updated notice on its FY2025 final dividend, confirming a cash distribution of RMB0.75 per share. Based on the predefined exchange rate of RMB1 : HKD1.142674, Hong Kong-registered shareholders will receive HKD0.857006 per share.

Shareholders will vote on the dividend at the annual general meeting scheduled for 08 May 2026. The stock will trade ex-dividend on 12 May 2026, with the share register closing from 14 to 18 May 2026 and the record date fixed at 18 May 2026. Dividend payments are expected on 23 June 2026.

Tax treatment will vary by shareholder classification: • Non-resident enterprise holders: 10% withholding tax. • Non-resident individual holders: 10% if a tax treaty with the PRC caps the rate at or below 10%; 20% if the applicable treaty rate is 20% or no treaty exists. • PRC resident enterprises classified as securities investment or private equity funds: 20% withholding. • PRC resident individuals: 20% withholding.

Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, remains the company’s Hong Kong share registrar for transfer and entitlement processing.

The update solely reflects changes to the default currency, dividend amount in Hong Kong dollars and the applicable exchange rate; all other terms of the dividend remain unchanged.
