The 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) and the High-Level Meeting on Global AI Governance concluded today in Shanghai. The event featured an expansive exhibition space covering 100,000 square meters, showcasing a total of 4,486 exhibits. Among these, 351 products were unveiled globally for the first time.
The conference successfully hosted 177 significant international procurement delegations. It is projected that the event facilitated procurement intentions amounting to approximately 203.6 billion yuan, marking an increase of around 25% compared to previous figures.
