The transaction was executed at a price of approximately HK$2.4224 per share, resulting in a total consideration of around HK$77.71 million.
Following this disposal, SHOG Creation Limited's shareholding in the company has decreased to approximately 1.022 billion shares, representing a stake of about 14.71%.
