Ms. Zhang Xiao has tendered her resignation as (i) Company Secretary, (ii) Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and (iii) Authorized Representative for accepting service of process and notices in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), citing work arrangements as the reason for her departure.

Following Ms. Zhang's exit, Ms. Yip Man Wai has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, with the appointment taking effect on the same date of August 26, 2026.
