Liu Jianjun Appointed as Chief Compliance Officer of Bank of Communications

On May 18, the National Financial Regulatory Administration approved Liu Jianjun's qualification to serve as the Chief Compliance Officer of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd.

Public information shows that Liu Jianjun, male, born in 1967, is a Chinese citizen and holds an intermediate economist certification. Liu has been serving as the Chief Risk Officer of Bank of Communications since June 2023. His previous roles at the bank include Chief Specialist, General Manager of the Risk Management Department, Director of the Internal Control and Case Prevention Office, President of the Beijing Branch, President and Executive Vice President of the Beijing Management Department (Corporate Client Department), President, Vice President, and Senior Credit Executive of the Jilin Branch, Vice President and Senior Credit Executive of the Changchun Branch, and Vice President and Senior Credit Executive of the Beijing Branch. Liu Jianjun obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2003.
