Authorised Capital • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 606.80 million, the same as at the end of May 2026. • The company held no treasury shares, and no shares were issued, cancelled or repurchased during the month.

Public Float Compliance • Rongzhong Fin confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public float requirement as of 30 June 2026.

Share Option Schemes • 2015 Share Option Scheme: 30.27 million options remained outstanding; none were exercised, leaving the potential issuance of 30.27 million shares. • 2025 Share Option Scheme: No options were outstanding as at month-end; the scheme allows for up to 60.68 million shares to be issued in future grants.
