Vitasoy Int'l Executes 5.62 Million-Share Buyback; Issued Shares Steady at 1.02 Billion

Bulletin Express10-15

Vitasoy International Holdings Limited disclosed that between 25 August and 15 October 2026, the company repurchased a total of 5.62 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HKD 6.32 to HKD 6.80 per share. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation and had not yet been cancelled as at 15 October 2026.

Despite the buybacks, Vitasoy’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.02 billion shares as of 15 October 2026 because the cancellations had not been processed. The aggregate consideration for the repurchased shares amounted to approximately HKD 36.59 million.

The company is operating under a shareholder mandate granted on 24 August 2026 that authorises the repurchase of up to 101.76 million shares. The 5.62 million shares repurchased to date represent 0.55 % of the issued share base on the mandate’s date, leaving significant capacity for further buybacks.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, Vitasoy is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of any treasury shares until 14 November 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.

The most recent transaction on 15 October 2026 involved 30,000 shares repurchased at HKD 6.80 each, for a total consideration of HKD 0.20 million.
