BAIC Motor Sets 14 April 2026 EGM to Approve Three Director Appointments

BAIC Motor Corporation Limited will convene its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2026 at 9:30 a.m. on 14 April 2026 in the Multi-purpose Hall, South Tower of the Beijing Automotive Industry Research and Development Base, Shunyi District, Beijing.

Key agenda • Shareholders will vote on three ordinary resolutions covering director appointments:   1) Zhang Guofu—proposed non-executive director.   2) Zheng Mingying—proposed executive director.   3) Zhou Jianyu—proposed non-executive director.

Share registration and voting arrangements • The register of members will be closed from 9 April 2026 to 14 April 2026 (both dates inclusive). Holders of H shares recorded at the close of business on 8 April 2026 are entitled to attend and vote. • Share transfer documents must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services (H-shareholders) or China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (domestic shareholders) by 4:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., respectively, on 8 April 2026. • Shareholders may appoint one or more proxies; completed proxy forms must be lodged no later than 24 hours before the meeting. • Attendees are required to present valid identity documentation.

Additional information • The meeting is expected to last half a day, and participants will bear their own travel and accommodation costs. • As of the notice date (25 March 2026), the board comprises one chairman/executive director, four additional executive directors, nine non-executive directors, five independent non-executive directors, and one employee representative director.
