Hao Tian International Construction Investment Group Limited will convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 10 June 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (25/F, Shui On Centre, 6–8 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong) to seek shareholder approval for a comprehensive Capital Reorganization.
Key agenda • Special Resolution: Authorisation of a three-part Capital Reorganization that comprises 1) Share Consolidation, 2) Capital Reduction, and 3) Share Sub-division. The full text of the proposed resolution is provided in the circular dated 19 May 2026.
Voting arrangements • Shareholders registered as of the record date, 10 June 2026, are entitled to attend and vote. • The register of members will be closed from 4 June to 10 June 2026 (both days inclusive); no share transfers will be processed during this period. • Proxy appointments must reach the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai), no later than 48 hours before the EGM.
Documentation A form of proxy has been dispatched alongside the circular. Shareholders may appoint the EGM chairman or another designated individual as proxy and must indicate voting instructions on the special resolution. Completion and return of the proxy form do not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person.
