CIRC (01763) announced that its subsidiary, Chengdu Zhonghe Gaotong Isotope Co., Ltd. (Zhonghe Gaotong), along with China Zhongyuan Engineering Corporation (China Zhongyuan), has signed a Technical Service Contract for the Thai Secondary Standard Neutron Dosimetry Laboratory Project with Bondpole Analysis Co., Ltd. (Bondpole). China Zhongyuan is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIRC's controlling shareholder, China National Nuclear Corporation. Bondpole is an independent third party to CIRC. Under this project, Zhonghe Gaotong is primarily responsible for supplying the required products and related services to Bondpole, while China Zhongyuan mainly undertakes project management and supervision functions and does not participate in providing the related products and services. Each party will receive consideration and assume responsibility for the services it provides separately, with no arrangements for joint performance or joint liability. Consequently, the transactions under this project do not constitute a transaction under Chapter 14 or 14A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. This project undertakes critical tasks such as the calibration of neutron radiation dosimetry instruments and related scientific research experiments. It is a key infrastructure project for Thailand to enhance its nuclear technology application capabilities and improve the national metrology system. The successful implementation of this project is a milestone for the company in accelerating its international strategic layout. It provides valuable experience and a demonstrative model for the company to deepen its presence in the Thai market, expand its business footprint in Southeast Asia, and implement similar projects in the future.
