Intel rose 3.7%. The company beat Q2 estimates with revenue up 25% year over year, guided Q3 sales to $15.8–$16.8 billion, and lifted 2026 capex to over $20 billion on AI demand.
Tesla Motors gained 1.27%. The move followed Thursday’s post‑earnings selloff and came as Elon Musk urged AI companies to coordinate on safety self‑regulation.
ARM Holdings climbed 1.5%. A movement alert highlighted overnight strength even as semiconductor peers were mixed.
