FIH Mobile Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, 2026 Annual General Meeting circular and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report are now available on both the company website (www.fihmobile.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The disclosure reiterates the group’s transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A and Article 163 of the company’s Articles of Association. Key points include:

• Coverage scope: Corporate communications comprise directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. • Access: Documents can be downloaded via the “Investor Relations – Public Announcement” and “Corporate Communications” sections of the company’s website, with identical files posted on HKEXnews. • Printed copies: Shareholders experiencing access difficulties, or preferring hard copies, may request free printed versions by emailing fih@computershare.com.hk or writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • Registration of email addresses: Non-registered shareholders must submit functional email addresses through their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive future electronic notifications. Absent an email on record, shareholders will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for updates.
