HANG LUNG GROUP (00010) and Hang Lung Properties (00101) have jointly announced a major leadership change.

Following a comprehensive, rigorous, and competitive selection process, the board has identified an outstanding candidate to lead the group into its next phase of growth. The selected individual will join the group on September 7, 2026, as Chief Executive Officer Designate and Executive Director, and will be formally appointed as Chief Executive Officer from October 1, 2026.

Mr. Weber Lo will step down as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director effective October 1, 2026. Following his retirement, Mr. Lo will be appointed as Advisor to the Chairman for a period of one year. Leveraging his extensive knowledge of the group and the broader industry, he will provide strategic advice and support to the Chairman.
