On Wednesday, the three major U.S. stock indices closed with mixed results. The Hang Seng Index ADRs registered gains; proportionally calculated, they closed at 27,511.69 points, a decline of 315.22 points or 1.13% compared to the Hong Kong market close. Major blue-chip stocks were mixed. HSBC Holdings closed at HKD 135.752, down 1.27% from its Hong Kong closing price. Tencent Holdings closed at HKD 613.539, down 1.20% from its Hong Kong closing price.
