FOURSEMI (03625) has announced that Mr. Zou Xinglong has resigned from his positions as (i) Co-Company Secretary of the company; and (ii) the authorized representative for accepting service of legal documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from April 10, 2026. Following Mr. Zou's resignation as Co-Company Secretary and authorized representative, Mr. Xie Yuyang has been appointed as Co-Company Secretary and authorized representative, effective from April 10, 2026. Mr. Gao Wenchao will continue to serve as the other Co-Company Secretary.
