The board of AUX ELECTRIC (02580) has announced a change to its composition.

Following the conclusion of the annual general meeting, Mr. Tao Shengwen has retired from his role as an independent non-executive director and did not stand for re-election.

Consequently, Mr. Tao has also stepped down from his positions on the company's Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, effective from June 5, 2026.

In line with the third resolution passed at the AGM, Ms. Deng Meishan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company.

Her appointment, which is effective from June 5, 2026, followed her receipt of legal advice concerning the requirements under the Listing Rules applicable to her directorship, as stipulated by Rule 3.09D of those rules.
