Issued Share Capital and Public Float • Issued share count remained steady at 0.83 billion ordinary shares. • The company held no treasury shares, resulting in total issued shares of 0.83 billion. • ZONQING affirmed compliance with the HKEX minimum public-float threshold of 25%.
