Phancy Group Co., Ltd. (PHANCY) released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 August 2026, showing no movement in either registered or issued share capital during the month.

Registered Capital • Total registered capital stayed at RMB 558.29 million, split between 359.42 million H shares and 198.87 million domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. • The company reiterated that, as a PRC-incorporated entity, the figures reflect “registered” rather than “authorised” share capital.

Other Securities • The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other share-issuance arrangements.

Governance • The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Yeung Siu Wai Kitty and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 4 September 2026.

The unchanged capital structure and confirmation of regulatory compliance underscore PHANCY’s stable equity position as of the end of August 2026.
