VTECH HOLDINGS shares plummeted 10.38% during intraday trading following the release of its annual financial results.

The company reported revenue of $2.0275 billion for the year ended March 31, 2026, representing a 6.9% year-on-year decrease. Profit attributable to shareholders fell 14.5% to $134 million compared to the previous year.

The board proposed a final dividend of 36 cents per share, an 18.2% reduction from the 44 cents per share paid in the last fiscal year. The total dividend for the year is 53 cents per share, a decrease of 13.1% from the 61 cents per share distributed in the prior year. According to the announcement, the profit decline was primarily due to reduced revenue, increased operating expenses as a percentage of group revenue, and a higher effective income tax rate.
