(Stock Code: 2597) has announced that its current Hong Kong auditor, Ernst & Young, will retire as auditor of the company with effect from the 2025 Sixth Extraordinary General Meeting. The company proposes to appoint Da Hua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as its new Hong Kong auditor for the year 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
