Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on January 27, BlackRock bolstered its position in CNBM (03323) by acquiring approximately 12.54 million shares. The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$5.3728 per share, resulting in a total investment of roughly HK$67.40 million.
Following this strategic purchase, BlackRock's total shareholding in the company has expanded to about 307 million shares. This increased stake now represents 8.26% of the company's total issued shares.
