GCL NEWENERGY (00451) has announced that, following shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting, the company's name has been officially changed.

According to certificates issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on May 26, 2026, the company's name has been changed from "GCL New Energy Holdings Limited" to "Dynasty Digital Holdings Limited", with "时代数字控股有限公司" adopted as its secondary Chinese name.

The Hong Kong Companies Registrar issued a certificate of registration of change of name on June 11, 2026, confirming the name change under Hong Kong law.

The company's former Chinese name, "GCL New Energy Holdings Limited 协鑫新能源控股有限公司", will no longer be used.

Following the name change, the English stock short name for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "GCL NEWENERGY" to "DYNASTY DIGITAL".

The Chinese stock short name will be changed from "协鑫新能源" to "时代数字".

These changes will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on June 23, 2026.

The company's stock code on the exchange will remain unchanged as "00451".
