On 18 May 2026, Hang Lung Properties Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its circular detailing the scrip-dividend arrangement for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 are now available on both the company’s website (www.hanglung.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).
Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed corporate communications will find the chosen language version of the circular enclosed with the notification letter. Shareholders who opted (or are deemed to have opted) for electronic communications can access the document in the “Circulars/Proxy Forms/Returns to the Stock Exchange” section under “Announcements & Circulars” on the company’s website, or through the HKEX site.
If shareholders experience any difficulty in accessing the circular electronically, a printed copy can be requested at no charge by writing or emailing the company via its share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, within seven days of the request.
The notification also reminds shareholders that, at any time, they may alter their preferred language or method of receiving future corporate communications by notifying the company through the registrar. A reply form enclosed with the letter allows shareholders to: 1. Provide an email address via a personalised QR code to receive future communications electronically (no return of the form required), 2. Submit an email address in writing for electronic dissemination, or 3. Request printed versions of future communications in English, Chinese or both, an instruction that remains valid for one year from the company’s receipt of the request.
Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at +852 2862 8688 or via email to hlp.ecom@computershare.com.hk between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
