WEILI Holdings (WEILI) Reports Stable Share Base and Maintains Public Float Compliance in July 2026

WEILI Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in its share capital structure during the month.

The authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued share capital stayed unchanged at 800.00 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares.

Management confirmed that the public float continues to satisfy the minimum 25 per cent threshold required under the Main Board Listing Rules.

No share options were outstanding or exercised in July. The existing 2022 Share Option Scheme still allows up to 80.00 million shares to be granted in the future. The company also reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and no funds were raised during the month.

The return was submitted on 3 August 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Yu Tsz Ngo, who affirmed full compliance with all applicable listing and regulatory requirements.
