Oshidori Maintains 6.94 Billion Issued Shares in March 2026, Confirms Public Float Compliance

Oshidori International Holdings Limited submitted its monthly return for the period ended 31 March 2026, reporting no changes to either authorised or issued share capital.

The authorised capital remained at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05, equal to HKD 1.00 billion.

Issued shares were unchanged at 6.94 billion, with zero treasury shares outstanding. The company affirmed that the public float met the Main Board’s 25 % requirement as at month-end.

No share options were exercised in March. Outstanding options totalled 192.00 million (72.00 million at HKD 0.820 and 120.00 million at HKD 0.865), while the 2022 share option scheme held an unutilised capacity of 610.93 million shares.

The filing recorded no warrants, convertibles, Hong Kong depositary receipts or other equity movements during the month, indicating a stable capital structure for Oshidori in March 2026.
