China Wacan Group Company Limited has issued a circular proposing to change its English name to “Junwea Group (China) Company Limited” and its Chinese name to “巨美集團(中國)股份有限公司”.

The change is subject to two conditions: 1. Approval by special resolution at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 29 April 2026, 11:00 a.m., at Unit 2102, Building 4, Tianan Yungu Industrial Park Phase II, Shenzhen. 2. Registration of the new names by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.

Operational impact: • Existing share certificates will remain valid; no free exchange is planned. • Upon effectiveness, new share certificates will bear the new name and the Stock Exchange will announce a revised stock short name.

Rationale: The Board states the rebrand aligns the corporate image with the Group’s beauty, health and construction service businesses.
