Mineral Water Industry Quality Infrastructure Innovation Center in Changbai Mountain Selected for Provincial "One-Stop" Service Project List

The Jilin Provincial Market Supervision Department recently announced the list of 2026 provincial quality infrastructure "one-stop" service projects. The Jilin Changbai Mountain Mineral Water Industry Quality Infrastructure Innovation Center, submitted by the Mineral Water Protection Zone of Antu County (Antu County Mineral Water Administration) in the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, has been successfully selected.

Antu County boasts 106 high-quality mineral water sources and currently houses nine mineral water production enterprises. Seven of these companies use the special mark for the Changbai Mountain mineral water geographical indication, underscoring the growing industrial clustering effect. In 2025, the mineral water industry in Antu County achieved an output value of 800 million yuan, with a total industrial chain value of 1.2 billion yuan and product exports reaching 190 million yuan.

Since the start of this year, the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture Market Supervision Department has closely followed and precisely guided the Mineral Water Protection Zone of Antu County (Antu County Mineral Water Administration) in advancing the project application process. This involves deeply integrating various quality infrastructure resources. Offline, a comprehensive physical service station is being established to provide enterprises with full-chain, "one-stop" on-site services, including standard setting, product testing, qualification certification, and brand cultivation. Online, a dedicated digital service platform is being built to enable online business applications, real-time query of testing data, precise delivery of quality policies, and one-click response to enterprise demands.

The construction period for the Jilin Province quality infrastructure "one-stop" service project is three years. The Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture Market Supervision Department will oversee the project's implementation through full-cycle tracking and supervision, aiming to achieve two main objectives: first, to formulate or revise 2–3 standards aligned with EU standards to boost the industry's international competitiveness; and second, to expand the industry scale, targeting a total industrial chain output value for the county's mineral water sector exceeding 3 billion yuan by 2028, thereby increasing its share in the domestic mid-to-high-end market.
