KE Holdings Inc. (abbreviated as BEKE) submitted a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 28 July 2026, confirming that its issued Class A weighted-voting-rights shares stood unchanged at 3.33 billion as of 27 July 2026. Total issued capital, including 135.95 million Class B shares, remains 3.46 billion.

The filing details an ongoing share-repurchase programme launched on 22 May 2026. Up to 27 July 2026, BEKE has bought back 22.78 million Class A shares across the Hong Kong and New York exchanges under the general mandate granted on 12 June 2026. These repurchases represent approximately 0.66 % of the share count in issue on the mandate date.

Latest transaction: on 27 July 2026, the company repurchased 0.55 million shares on the New York Stock Exchange at prices between USD 5.36 and USD 5.45, spending USD 3.00 million. All shares bought back are earmarked for cancellation.

Repurchase headroom: the mandate authorises up to 346.24 million shares; after the 22.78 million already executed, 323.47 million shares remain available for future buy-backs.

Under Main Board Rule 10.06, BEKE is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 26 August 2026.
