ADTIGER CORP releases 2025 Annual Report, AGM Notice and Related Documents

On 10 April 2026, ADTIGER CORP (incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability) announced that the following shareholder documents are now available online in both English and Chinese:

1. Annual Report 2025 2. Circular to shareholders 3. Notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting 4. Proxy Form for the AGM

The materials can be viewed or downloaded from the company’s website (www.adtiger.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who prefer hard copies may submit a completed Request Form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. No postage stamp is required for submissions mailed within Hong Kong. Alternatively, the scanned Request Form can be emailed to ecomhk@boardroomlimited.com.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their intermediary—bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email address is lodged, these shareholders will receive printed notices only.
