Premarket Movers | Gemini Space Station Rockets 18%; Planet Labs Soars 17%; Crypto Shares Fall With SBET, BitMine Down over 3%

Gemini Space Station Inc, the crypto platform founded by billionaire twins Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, said on Wednesday it had received a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to offer prediction markets to U.S. customers. Shares of the New York-based company jumped over 18% in premarket trading.

Planet Labs Pbc shares rose 17% in premarket trading. Planet Labs reported breakeven fiscal Q3 non-GAAP results late Wednesday, compared with the loss of $0.03 a year earlier.

Firefly Aerospace Inc. shares are trading 3% higher in premarket trading after the company announced a new commercial payload agreement with Volta Space Technologies to host a wireless power receiver on Firefly’s Blue Ghost Mission 2 lander on the far side of the Moon.

Crypto shares fell in premarket trading. SharpLink Gaming, BTCS, BitMine, Bitfarms, Bit Digital down about 3%; CleanSpark, Cipher Mining, TeraWulf down over 2%.
