CHINA LESSO (02128) announced that on December 19, 2025, the company entered into a component supply agreement with Guangdong Lesso Electric, an indirectly wholly-owned company of Mr. Huang (Chairman, Executive Director, and controlling shareholder).
Under the agreement, the group may purchase electronic components from Guangdong Lesso Electric for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2026, December 31, 2027, and December 31, 2028. The pricing shall not exceed the rates offered by any independent third party to the group.
