Public float intact • Haier Smart Home confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 5 % minimum public-float requirement for its H-share class.
Administration • The filing was submitted on 1 September 2026 by Company Secretary Ng Chi Yin, affirming compliance with all listing and regulatory obligations.
